Kickstarter came through today with this campaign's funds. Digital rewards are now available from Backerkit, and I have ordered all books and goodies from Amazon, etc. today. They usually take about 2.5-3 weeks to ship.

My Kickstarter is over, and you helped me to fund almost 500%!!!!

I'll be releasing all digital rewards from Backerkit when Kickstarter deposits money in my account, and that day, I will order all physical books from Amazon, who take about 2.5-3 weeks to ship.
